摘　　要：扁鹊作为中医医史上的一个著名人物,考证其事迹,推断扁鹊不是一个人,而是几个人,是一个群体,一个流派、学派。其创立脉气出入与循环学说、并论述损至脉。本文通过对扁鹊"特以诊脉为名耳"的记载,论述现今主流的"司外揣内"诊断思维的不足,提出应重视"司内揣外"的辨证思维。Bian Que is very famous in the traditional Chinese medical history,But Bian Que is not a person, but a few people, as a group, a school. The creation of pulse qi exiting and entering and circulation theory,and discusses the damage for pulse qi. This article through to Bian Que ＂in the name of the pulse diagnosis＂ records,discusses the .current mainstream ＂diagnosis internal judged by extemal＂,we should pay attention to academic thought of ＂diagnosis internal judged by external＂.
