魏子孝教授治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病医案数据挖掘分析

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘技术,总结魏子孝教授治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病的诊疗思路与经验。方法采用中国中医科学院西苑医院科研病例采集系统,筛选了共55例(69诊次)经魏子孝教授诊治的2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的病历资料,建立结构化病历模板,进行统一录入,再利用基于SQL Server的数据挖掘系统,通过描述统计、聚类分析、关联分析等方法,对主症、中医证候、治则治法、用药及配伍规律等进行挖掘分析。结果魏教授治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病主要的治则治法有活血、通络、化瘀、行气、益气、养阴、健脾、化痰。魏教授治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病用药次数最多的依次是:赤芍、川芎、丹参、白芍、郁金、柴胡、枳壳、茯苓、当归、红花等,组方多以活血化瘀、疏肝行气为主。结论数据挖掘分析结果基本反映了魏子孝教授治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病治疗经验。Objective Applying the data mining technology,to summarize the clinical ideas and experiences on diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease of Professor Wei Zixiao. Methods Use the research case acquisition system designed by Xiyuan Hospital of China Acade- my of Chinese Medical Sciences,screening the medical records of a total of 55 cases （69 visits） of Professor Wei Zixiao diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease,establish structured medical record templates,undertake unity entry,re- use SOL Server- based data mining system,throngh the descriptive statistics,cluster analysis,correlation analysis and other methods,designate the main symptoms,TCM therapeutic prin- ciple,drugs law and etc excavation analysis. Results The main therapeutic principle and methods of profe^or Wei treating type 2 diabetes with coro- nary heart disease are activating blood circulation,dredging collaterals,elimination of blood stasis,promoting qi circulation, benefit qi, nourishing Yin, invigorating spleen,dissipating phlegm and so on. Professor Wei treatment of type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease drugs most frequently are： red peony root, Chuan Xiong, red ~ge root, white peony root, turmeric, Bupleurum, Citrus aurantium, Poria, Angelica, safflower etc. Pre^ription mostly bkx.＇d circulation, soothing liver,promoting qi circulation based. Cxmdusion The Data mining analysis results basically reflect the Professor Wei Zi - xiao treatment of type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease treatment experience.
