摘　　要：通过探讨纤维肌痛综合征中医的病因、病机,总结出和解少阳是治疗本病大法,形成从少阳柴胡剂系列方剂辨治本病的临床思路。By discussing the etiology, pathogenesis of fibromyalgia syndrome in TCM, summed up that balance the Shaoyang meridian is the main treatment for the Fbromyalgia syndrome,formed clinical prescriptions treatment by the series of Caihu（radix bupleuri） decoction for Shaoyang meridian disease.
