摘　　要：目的研究农村生活垃圾排放管理存在的问题,分析其特点及产生问题的原因,提出加强农村生活垃圾排放管理的建议.方法通过调研分析,对农村生活垃圾排放管理的现状进行定性研究.结果目前我国农村生活垃圾排放有了较大变化,一是农村垃圾的量变是排放突出特点;二是农村垃圾的质变是排放治理难点;三是农村垃圾排放管理滞后于社会经济的发展是严重现实.结论要全面贯彻落实党中央关于社会主义新农村建设发展总体战略,必须加强农村生活垃圾排放管理工作,做到政府主导,政策支持,社会关注,村民参与.多方位筹集资金,加快基础设施建设,实现农村环境生态化和农村经济的可持续发展.To study the waste discharge management problems of rural life,this paper analyzed their characteristics and causes of problems,and proposed to strengthen the management of w aste discharge recommendation of rural life. Through research and analysis for the management of w aste discharge status of rural life, qualitative research is carried out. The current rural life has made significant changes in w aste discharge. Firstly,rural garbage quantitative emissions is prominent feature,the second is a qualitative change in the rural garbage emission control difficult,the third is lagging behind garbage discharge management of rural social and economic development is a serious reality. To fully implement the Party Central Committee and the overall strategy for the development of a new socialist countryside,the management of w aste discharge rural life must be strengthened,the government should give policy support,social concerns,the villagers participate. Multi-faceted funding,accelerate infrastructure construction,to achieve sustainable development of rural ecological environment and the rural economy.
