摘　　要：探讨了将多种传感器应用到塔式起重机监控仪中的方法,并给出了结构简图及部分电路原理图;根据应用需求,独特设计了磁栅编码器,低成本、可靠地解决了距离检测难题,并将6轴陀螺仪和加速度传感器应用到塔机回转角度、塔身倾角检测中,实践证明该方法切实可行。This paper discussed a method of applying multi-sensor into tower crane monitor,and the structure diagram and circuit diagram were given.To solve the difficulty of distance measurement reliably with low cost,magnetic scale encoder was designed in tower crane,and according to the application demand,six-axis gyroscope and acceleration-sensor were applied into the measurement of gyration angle and inclination angle of tower crane.Practice proves that the method is feasible.
