摘 要:以Karsted为催化剂,烯丙醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(F-6)、甲基丙烯酸十二烷基酯(LMA)和含氢硅油(PHMS)为原料,通过硅氢加成反应合成了一种聚硅氧烷消泡剂,并用红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。考察了硅氢键与碳碳双键摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量对反应转化率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件为:n(Si—H)∶n(CC)=1∶1.20,催化剂用量为50μg/g,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为8 h,产物转化率达到94.78%。应用测试表明,其消抑泡性能优于市售同类产品。A type of polysiloxane defoamer was synthesized by the hydrosilylation reaction with polyethylene oxide ethyl polyethylene oxide propyl ether (F- 6 ) and lauryl methacrylate (LMA) containing hydrogensilicone oil as raw materials, using Karsted as the catalyst. The chemical structure of the synthesized product was characterized by means of infrared (IR) spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance (1HNMR) spectrum. The effects of the molar ratio of silicon-hydrogen bonds to the carbon- carbon double bond, reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of catalyst on the reaction conversion were investigated. The best preparation technology achieved a conversion rate of 94. 78% of the product, with the optimum reaction conditions as follows:the molar ratio of silicon-hydrogen bonds was 1 : 1.20, the amount of catalyst was 50 μg/g, the reaction temperature was 90 ℃, and the reaction time was 8 h. The application test shows that the defoaming and inhibiting performance of the defoamer is superior to that of similar products on the market.
