环氧苯丙树脂的制备及有机-无机杂化膜的性能

摘  要:为了改善膜的附着力、稳定性及力学性能,采用自由基溶液聚合法制备了环氧苯丙树脂,并将此树脂与无机钛溶胶进行复配得到一种有机-无机杂化膜。考察了工艺条件、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯用量对聚合物相对分子质量(简称分子量,下同)分布的影响,结果表明,以单体总质量14%的过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,反应温度90℃,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)用量为7.5%(以单体总质量计)时,制得的环氧苯丙树脂其Mn=5985、Mw=13 826及PDI=2.31。通过全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、热重分析(TG)、涂膜性能测试表明,成功地合成了有机-无机杂化材料,与环氧苯丙树脂膜相比,其热稳定性提高不明显但具有优良的涂膜性能。In order to improve the adhesion, stability and mechanical properties of the films, epoxy styrene acrylic resin was synthesized by free radical solution polymerization, and then blended with an inorganic Titanium sol to prepare a novel organic-inorganic hybrid film. The influence of technological conditions and the content of methyl acrylic glycidyl ester on the polymer molecular weight distribution was studied. It was found that the epoxy styrene acrylic resin with a number-average molecular weight of 5 985 ,a weight-average molecular weight of 13 826 and the polydispersity of 2. 31 was obtained with 14% ( relative to total monomer weight) benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator and 7.5 % ( relative to total monomer weight) methyl acrylic glycidyl ester at a reaction temperature of 90 ~. ART-FTIR,TG, and coating performance test show that the organic-inorganic hybrid film was successfully prepared and the increase of the thermal stability of the organic-inorganic hybrid film is not obvious but the organic- inorganic hybrid film has excellent coating performance compared with the epoxy styrene acrylic resin film.
