摘  要:以聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇(PPC)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为扩链交联剂,合成系列内交联型聚碳酸亚丙酯水性聚氨酯(PPCWPU)。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、耐水性实验和接触角实验对WPU结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,随着TMP用量的增加,WPU胶膜的热性能提高。同时,胶膜的耐水性和防水性也得到了改善。A series of internal crosslinking waterborne polyurethanes were prepared from isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and propylene carbonate polyols ( PPC), with dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) as hydrophilic chain extender and trimethylolpropane (TMP) as crosslinking agent. The structure and properties of the polyurethane were characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) , thermogravimetrie analysis (TGA), and its water resistance and contact angle were measured. It is found that, with increase of the TMP amount, the thermal property of the WPU film improves. Meanwhile, the water resistance property and the water repellency of the film are also improved.
