摘  要:以21份紫仁核桃果实为试材,对其进行了10个数量性状的测定和15个质量性状的鉴定及赋值,并进行了变异性分析和聚类分析。结果表明:在变异性上,数量性状中壳厚、粒重、仁重和含油率变异系数分别为33%、21%、20%、18%,其它变异系数较小;质量性状中果型、果肩和果底部差别较大,近圆形果实占48%,果肩圆形占48%,果底平占52%,其它质量性基本一致。聚类分析表明,紫仁核桃果实聚成MG1和MG2类,MG2类中"紫10号"、"紫20号"、"紫22号"含油率低聚在一起,MG1进一步分为MG1-1和MG1-2组,MG1-1中"紫13号"、"紫16号"含油率、蛋白质含量较高聚在一起。MG1-2包括了其余16份种子资源,其果实在质量和数量性状较为近似,差异不大;该研究结果可为紫仁核桃种质资源的有效利用及进一步的良种选育提供参考。Taking 21 kinds of purple kernel of walnut fruit as materials, 10 quantitative characters were determined and 15 quality characters were identified and assignment, conduct variance analysis and cluster analysis were conducted. The results showed that through variance analysis, quantitative characters in shell thickness, grain weight, kernel weight and oil content variation coefficient were 33%, 21%, 20%, 18%, other variation coefficient was smaller. Quality characters in fruit shape,fruit shoulder,fruit bottom shape difference was bigger, nearly round fruit 48%, fruit shoulder round 48%, fruit bottom flat 52% ,other quality almost the same. Cluster analysis showed that the fruit clustered into MG1 and MG2, 'Zi No. 10','Zi No. 20','Zi No. 22' low oil content clustered together, MG1 was divided into MGI-1 and MG1-2, 'Zi No. 13', 'Zi No. 16' higher oil content and protein content clustered together, the remaining 16 seed resources, more approximate in quantitative and qualitative characters,with little difference. The results provided a reference for the purple kernel of walnut germplasm resource utilization and further breeding.
