摘  要:以老鸦瓣鳞片为外植体,研究了不同处理对老鸦瓣小鳞茎的诱导和生根的影响。结果表明:外层的鳞片分别优于中层和内层,凹面朝上的接种方式优于凹面朝下的接种方式;多种植物生长剂组合均可诱导鳞片产生小鳞茎,但以TDZ 0.3mg/L+6-BA 2.0mg/L最优,其诱导率可达93.3%,小鳞茎数可达12.21个;小鳞茎在1/4MS+NAA 0.1mg/L+IAA 0.3mg/L的培养基中表现最好,生根率达97%,移栽成活率达98%。Taking the bulb scales as explants,the effects of different treatments on in vitro regeneration of bulblet derived from different parts of bulb scale of Tulipa edulis (Miq.) Bak. were studied. The results showed that outer bulb scales was better than middle and inner bulb scales;when the convexity of bulb scale was upward, higher bulblets induction rate and more bulblets number were recorded. Although many media could induce bulblets,the best media was 1/2MS+TDZ 0. 3 mg/L+6-BA 2. 0 rag/L, with 93. 3% of the induction rate and 12. 21 of bulblets numbers;the most appropriate radium for the rooting and transplanting was 1/4MS+NAA 0. 1 mg/L+IAA 0. 3 mg/L,with 97% of rooting rate and 98% of transplanting rate.
