妇科万应膏治疗宫寒血瘀型月经不调的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察妇科万应膏治疗宫寒血瘀型月经不调患者的疗效和安全性。方法:将240例月经不调患者,按照3∶1的比例随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组患者给予妇科万应膏外用穴位贴敷,每次1贴,qd;对照组患者口服痛经宝颗粒,每次1袋,bid。两组患者均用药3个月经周期。观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组患者总有效率(93.59%)显著高于对照组(82.69%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:妇科万应膏治疗宫寒血瘀型月经不调安全、有效。OBJECTIVE ： To observe therapeutic efficacy and safety of Fuke wanying ointment in the treatment of uterine cold blood stasis type of irregular menstruation patients. METHODS ： 240 patients with irregular menstruation were selected and random-ized into trial group and control group according to the ratio of 3 ： 1. Trial group was given Fuke wanying ointment for acupoint use, one patch each time, qd, and control group was given Tongjingbao granules orally one bag each time, qd for 3 menstrual cy-cles. Therapeutic efficacies and the occurrence of ADR were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS： The total effective rate （93.59%） of trial group was more significant than control group （82.69%） ; there was statistical significance （P〈0.05） ; the inci-dences of ADR had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Fuke wanying ointment is safe and effective in the treat-ment of irregular menstruation due to uterine cold blood stasis.
