摘 要:随着中国大学文化的回归,高等教育界普遍意识到大学文化将为高等教育的内涵式发展提供强大动力。中国的近现代大学作为西方大学制度的舶来品,一直都是东西方文化交锋、碰撞最为激烈的领域。长期以来,中国大学文化发展进程中一直无法回避"西方困惑"。基于化学学科的"同分异构体"概念,经过分析比对,认为东西方大学文化可被视为同分异构体,二者间的差异和冲突正是同分异构现象造成的。通过对东西方大学文化同分异构现象的分析,提出并构建了大学文化"同分异构体模型",为建设和发展中国特色大学文化提供了全新的研究范式。With the return to the university culture in Chinese universities, there is now general awareness in that university culture provides a strong impetus for the quality development of higher education. Modern university in China, which was imported from the west, has always been the domain of disputes and clashes of ideas between the east and the west cultures. For a long time, in the development of Chinese university culture, influence from western university system caused an unavoidable confusion. This paper adopts the concept of isomerism in chemistry, analyzes and compares the eastern and western university cultures. The Paper holds that the current phenomenon can be regarded as isomers, the differences and conflicts between the two systems are the results of isomerism. Through an analysis of isomerism between the eastern and western university cultures, it proposes and constructs the university culture “isomers model”, which provides a new research paradigm for the construction and development of China's university culture with Chinese characteristics.
