摘 要:为了准确分析风电机组对继电保护选相元件的影响,文章针对永磁直驱风电机组,利用参数聚合法搭建50 MW风电机组并网模型,分析风电机组在接地故障情况下暂态特性,得出风电机组的弱电源特性对基于相电流差突变和序电流大小的选相元件产生的影响,并提出基于稳态电压对称分量的选项元件代替传统的电流选项元件,并在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建选相模块进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明:基于稳态电压对称分量的风电场选相元件是有效和实用的,在不同的故障类型、故障位置和过渡电阻下均能够准确可靠地选出故障相。In order to accurately analyze the impact of wind turbine on relay protection phase selection element, a model of 50MW direct drive permanent magnet grid-connected wind turbine is built by us- ing the method of parameter aggregation. Through analysis of transient characteristics of wind turbine in grounding fault condition, it is found that the weak power characteristic of wind turbine will impact the phase selection components based on the phase/sequence current amplitude, and a new phase selection component based on steady-state voltage sequence component is proposed instead of traditional phase selection component based on current. The simulation in PSCAD/EMTDC shows that the wind farm symmetrical components phase selector based on steady state voltage is effective and practical, and can accurately and reliably select the fault phase in different fault types, fault locations and fault resis- tances.
