摘　　要：介绍了302医院多年来使用VMware虚拟化服务器带来的优势,以及当前虚拟服务器平台运行存在的问题及升级需求,论述了VMware虚拟化服务器系统升级方案、过程及经验。通过升级,虚拟服务器性能和计算能力得到进一步提高,完全满足医院未来几年的信息化发展需要。This paper introduces the advantages of VMware in our hospital for years the use of server virtualization brings and the present virtual platform＇s problems and upgrade＇s demand, and discusses the VMware virtual server system upgrade scheme, process and experience. By upgrading, virtual server performance and computing ability can be further improved, fully meet the needs of informationization development in future vears in our hospital.
