摘　　要：医院搭建自助式门诊就医环境,是医院和患者之间的双赢。患者可以自己挂号、自己交费,在整个诊疗过程中透明消费,轻松顺畅就医。医院可以减少挂号收费人员,减少现金交易,减少医患矛盾的发生,降低投入成本。Hospital building the self-service outpatient medical environment is a win-win between hospital and patient. Patient can register and pay the fee by oneself. Patient can enjoy the treatment process and transparent consumption. Hospital can reduce the registrar, cash and the conflicts between doctors and patients.
