摘  要:目的通过观察高脂、高胆固醇饲料喂养喜马拉雅旱獭模型血脂和血液流变学各指标的变化及其相互关系,了解血脂和血液流变学的改变。方法健康成年喜马拉雅旱獭30只,随机分为对照组15只和实验组15只,对照组给予普通饲料,实验组给予高胆固醇、高脂饲料。在高胆固醇、高脂饲料喂食的第4周、12周检测血浆总胆固醇、总甘油三酯和血液流变学指标。结果与普通组相比,喜马拉雅旱獭血浆胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平均明显升高(P<0.01),血浆粘度也有明显增加(P<0.01),红细胞聚集指数有所增加(P<0.05),全血粘稠度、红细胞压积、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变形指数及红细胞电泳指数则明显降低(P<0.01),全血还原粘度亦降低,其中全血还原粘度(中切)降低明显(P<0.01)。通过Pearson相关性分析,喜马拉雅旱獭血液流变学各项指标与胆固醇浓度无关。其中血浆粘稠度中切ηa60 1/s(mPa.s)、血浆粘度和全血还原粘度(低切)与甘油三酯呈负相关;红细胞刚性指数与甘油三酯含量呈正相关。结论高胆固醇、高脂饲料饮食使喜马拉雅旱獭血浆胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)水平明显增高,血液流变学存在特有的变化,提示喜马拉雅旱獭可作为高脂血症防治研究中的模型动物。Objective By observing the high - fat, high cholesterol, feed the Himalayan marmot model the index changes of blood lipid and blood rheology and their mutual relations, to understand the change of blood lipid and blood rheology. Methods Healthy adult Himalayan marmot 30, 15 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group 15, control group given ordinary feed, the experimental group gave high choles-terol, high fat forage. In the 4th week and the 12th week to detect plasma total cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood rheology indexes for cholesterol, high fat feed. Results Compared with normal group, the Himalayan marmot plasma cholesterol ( TC ), triglyceride (TG) levels were significantly higher ( P 〈 0.01 ), Plasma viscosity has increased significantly (P 〈 0. 01), erythrocyte aggregation index increased (P 〈 0. 05), Whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte deposited, erythrocyte rigidity index, erythrocyte deformation index and e-rythrocyte electrophoresis index was significantly decreased ( P 〈 0. 01 ), Also reduce the viscosity of whole blood reduction, including whole blood reductive viscosity (cutting) in the lower significantly (P 〈 0.01 ) . Through the Pearson correlation analysis, the Himalayan marmot hemorheology indicators has nothing to do with cholesteroI, incIfiding cutting the eta in plasma viscosity aη60 1 / s (mPa. s ), plasma viscosity and whole blood reductive viscosity (low shear) and negatively correlated with triglyceride , Erythrocyte rigidity index and triglyceride levels were positively correlated. Conclusions The results hhowed that high fat and high cholesterol diet made the blood cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) concentration of Marmota himalayana increased significantly, the blood rheology also had specific changes. Therefore, Marmota himalayana as an animal model in the study of prevention and cure of hypertension, hyperlipidemia has unique characteristics and good prospects.
