摘　　要：目的分析梁河县传染病疫情,为防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对传染病疫情资料进行统计分析。结果梁河县2012年报告乙类传染病9种265例,死亡13例,发病率159.03/10万,死亡率7.80/10万,病死率4.91%。与2011年相比,传染病发病率上升了25.67%,死亡率下降了13.28%。结论传染病发病率出现回升,要针对疫情采取相应的防控措施。Objective Analysis of infectious disease in Lianghe county, provide the scientific basis for preven-tion and control work. Methods The description epidemiology method to outbreaks of infectious diseases data for statistical analysis. Results It is reported in 2012, 9 categories, 265 cases of b class infectious diseases, there were 13 people dead, the incidence of 159. 03/100 000 thousands, the mortality rate of 7.80/100 000, the case fatality rate 4. 91%. Raised 25.67% compared with last year, the incidence of infectious diseases, mortality has fallen by 13.28%. Conclusions Incidence of infectious diseases appeared rebound, it is neces-sary to take corresponding prevention and control measures against epidemic.
