摘 要:目的对丹江库区不同环境鼠种群携带寄生虫情况进行调查研究,保障南水北调水源安全。方法采用鼠笼法、鼠夹法捕获鼠类,并带回实验室进行鼠群种类、鼠龄、性别鉴定和体表寄生虫调查。体表寄生虫搜集:将鼠提起尾巴置于清洁白瓷盘上方,由上向下用篦子梳理鼠毛以后搜集盘中的寄生虫进行分类计数。结果本调查共捕获各种鼠355只,有144只鼠体表携带寄生虫,鼠体表寄生虫感染率达40.56%;鼠笼法捕获活鼠寄生虫感染率高于鼠夹法捕获死鼠感染率(χ2=82.86)。结论鼠笼捕获鼠与鼠夹法捕获鼠体表寄生虫感染率不同。丹江库区鼠体表寄生虫携带率较高,存在传播相关病媒生物性疾病的风险。Objective To investigate the body surface parasite of rodents in different environments of Danjiang Reservoir, ensure the security of the water source from south water to north. Methods Through on - site moni- toring, using cage method and mousetrap method overnight to capture rodents, identification of rat specials, age , gender. Survey and test the body surface parasite. To collect the body surface parasite : over a clean plate the mouse was lifted up - side down, the mouse hair was combed downwards to collect the parasite were counted. Results A total of 355 rats were captured, 144 mice found carrying parasites on their body surfaces, the infection rate of rodent parasite was 40.56%, the infection rate of rodent parasite with cage method to catch the living mouse is higher than that with trap method to capture the dead mice (X^2 = 82. 86) . Conclu- sions Squirrel cage catch mice and mousetrap method rat parasite infection rate is different. Danjiang reser-voir area rat parasite carrying rate is higher; there is the risk of disease transmission related vector biological.
