口腔颌面间隙感染黄连膏纱条与抗菌药物的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨黄连膏纱条联合抗菌药物治疗口腔颌面间隙感染临床效果,以期提高临床诊治水平。方法选取2010年1月-2013年4月105例口腔颌面间隙感染患者为研究对象,分成2组,对照组51例采用单纯抗菌药物等基础治疗,观察组54例在对照组基础上加用黄连膏纱条治疗,比较两组治疗后临床效果,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行分析。结果临床效果,对照组治愈率43.13%、总有效率78.43%,观察组治愈率61.11%、总有效率92.59%;病原菌清除率,对照组为88.24%,观察组为96.3%;并发症发生率,对照组为7.84%、观察组为1.85%,以上两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在住院天数、治疗费用、换药次数、并发症发生种数、血像恢复正常时间、VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄连膏纱条联合抗菌药物治疗口腔颌面间隙感染临床效果显著,并发症发生率低。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effects on berberine ointment gauze combined with antibiotic agents for treating oral and maxillofacial space infection, so as to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment. METHODS A total of 105 cases of patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection from Jan 2010 to Apr 2013 were collected as objects of study and were divided into two groups. 51 cases in the control group were given basic treatment only with antimicrobial drugs and the other 54 patients in the observation group were given berberine ointment gauze on the basis of basic treatment. The clinical effects of two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. RESULTS For clinical results, the control group showed 43.13% recovery rate with 78.43 % total effective rate and the observation group showed 61.11% recovery rate with 92.59 % total effective rate ; for pathogen clearance rate, the control group showed 88.24% and the observation group showed 96.3% ; for complication occurrence rate, the control group showed 7.84% and the observation group showed 1.85%. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05） ; besides, there were statistical signifi- cance between the two groups in the respects of hospital stay, the treatment costs, frequencies of dressing change, numbers of complications , time for blood returning to normal, and VAS scores （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION There is obvious clinical effects of berberine ointment gauze combined with antibiotic drugs for treating oral and maxillo- facial space infection with very low occurrence rate of complications.
