老年感染性腹泻加味当归芍药汤治疗的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析加味当归芍药汤治疗老年感染性腹泻的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法将医院2010年1月-2012年11月收治的72例已确诊为感染性腹泻的老年患者随机分成两组,对照组37例口服甲磺酸左氧氟沙星,连续3d;治疗组35例口服加味当归芍药汤治疗,观察比较两组患者临床疗效和不良反应发生率,采用SPSS19.0对各数据进行统计处理。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为91.43%和89.19%,两组治疗结果比较,治疗组显效27例、有效8例,对照组显效21例、有效8例、无效8例,两组的病原菌转阴率分别为88.57%和83.78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗期内均无相关药物不良反应的发生。结论治疗组和对照组治疗均比较安全,使用加味当归芍药汤治疗老年感染性腹泻具有更好的疗效、安全无不良反应,适合在临床上推广应用。OBjECTIVE To analyze flavored Angelica Decoction treatment of senile infectious diarrhea clinical effec- tiveness, so as to provide reference for clinic. METHODS A total of 72 elderly patients diagnosed with infectious diarrhea admitted in our hospital from Jan. 2010 to Nov. 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. The 37 cases in observatiofl group were treated with oral levofloxacin mesylate for 3 days. The 35 patients in treatment group using the modified Angelica Decoction for treatment, were compared to the control group for the incidence of clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. RESULTS Total efficiency of TCM treatment group and the control group 91.43% and 89.19%. Comparing the results of treatment in both groups, 27 cases were markedly effective in ob- servation group, 8 cases were ffective, while 21 cases and 8 cases in the control group. The negative conversion ratio for two groups were 88.57% and 83.78% with significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. There is no adverse drug reactions occurred in treatment period. CONCLUSION The treatment group and the con- trol group were relatively safe, wsing flavored soup Dangguishaoyao treatment of senile infectious diarrhea has bet- ter efficacy, safety, no adverse reactions, suitable for clinical application.
