医院感染知识培训与医院感染管理关系的研究

摘　　要：目的通过管理手段保证医院感染知识培训的效果,加大加深医院感染管理力度,提升医院感染管理层次。方法于2007-2012年对2 102名医务人员进行医院感染知识培训,采取分散学习培训与集中学习交流相结合方式,组织不同形式的讲座、研讨会、学习班、知识竞赛等;培训后采取以科室为单位、全员集中考核与检查提问、现场操作相结合进行考核;发现问题,在大家达成共识的基础上,再进行检查评比。结果医院内加强医院感染管理的氛围更加浓厚;医务人员加强医院感染管理的意识和实施规范性操作的自觉性显著增强;全员对医院感染管理知识的了解程度、医院感染管理达标率和丢分内容层次均明显提高,医院感染率显著下降。结论适时、恰当的管理可保证医院感染管理知识培训的效果,搞好医院感染知识培训是加强医院感染管理的基础和前提。OBJECTIVE To enable effective management of hospital infection, the study insists ensure effectiveness of hospital infection knowledge training by management, then deepens and enhances hospital infection management level, promote the hospital infection management level. METHODS A total of 2 102 medical staff received hospital infection knowledge training from 2007 to 2012 by using dispersed learning and massed learning. Learning materi- als related to hospital infection were provided and uploaded. Lectures, seminars, workshops and knowledge com- petition were organized, After training, the overall assessment, answer questions and spot operation were used as ways of evaluation. The questions found about understanding, technical and coordination were solved by reaching a consensus, following assessment. RESULTS The management of nosocomial infection atmosphere became more strong. The awareness and consciousness of implementing normative operation of medical hospital staff have been significantly enhanced. There is also a significantly increasing on the level of degree of knowledge of hospital infec- tion control, both compliance rate of hospital infection management and content level of lost points are improved obviously. Hospital infection rates decreased significantly. CONCLUSION Timely and appropriate management can guarantee the effect of hospital infection management knowledge training. Improving the hospital infection knowl- edge training is the basis and prerequisite to strengthen hospital infection management.
