石河子市医院口腔科及口腔诊所消毒效果现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解石河子市医院口腔科及个体口腔诊所消毒监测结果现状,提出预防和控制口腔科医院感染的有效措施,为临床资料提供参考依据。方法选取2012年6月-2012年9月48所医院门诊口腔科和个体口腔诊所消毒效果监测结果进行分析,其中医院门诊口腔科22所、个体口腔诊所26所;对其环境空气、综合治疗椅、医护人员手及诊疗用水污染等4项进行现场实地监测,采用Excel 2003建库,SPSS11.0软件进行数据统计处理。结果石河子市医院口腔科及口腔诊所总体消毒合格率比较低为17.49%,消毒合格率医院门诊口腔科为13.64%;个体口腔诊所为3.85%;环境空气消毒监测指标合格率医院门诊口腔科为77.78%;个体口腔诊所为22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应该加强对医院门诊口腔科和个体口腔诊所的消毒检查和人员培训,规范消毒制度,提高消毒合格率,预防医院口腔科及口腔诊所医院感染的发生等。OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of disinfection monitoring results in dental medical institutions of our city, so as to provide some effective measures for controlling the nosocomial infection in oral clinics. METHODS A total of 48 dental medical institutions or dental cunics clinics were collected, among which 22 were outpatient dental in Chinese medicine hospital, 26 were individual household dental clinics. The ambient air, the oral comprehensive treatment chair, the hands of doctors and nurses and clinics water pollution were monito- ring. The 4 items of monitoring results collected from Jun. 2012 to Sept. 2012 were analyzed. Excel 2003 was used for creating database and SPSS11.0 software was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS The qualified rate of dental medical institutions of our city was low in 17.49%, the qualified rate of outpatient dental department in hospitals was 13.64%, private dental clinics was 3.85%. The percent of passing ambient air, in dental depart- ment of hospitals, was 77.78%. And the private dental clinics was 22.22%, and the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Disinfection monitoring and staff training of outpatient stomatology department in hospi- tals and private dental clinics should be further strengthened, standardize the disinfection system, to improve disinfection qualified rate and to prevent the occurrence of the nosocomial infection in dental medical institutions of our city.
