摘 要:目的通过两种水体供给清洗消毒器实施器械清洗运行的对比试验,寻求效果可靠的器械清洗用水解决方案。方法 2011年10月-2012年5月共抽取216包次(器械11 448件次),平均分成试验1组、试验2组、对照1组和对照2组等4个组,其中试验1组、试验2组采用软化水和纯化水组合供给的方法,对照1组、对照2组采用单一纯化水供给的方法,然后在3台不同品牌的清洗消毒器进行相同运行参数的清洗试验,并用常规监测和ATP指标监测对比分析各组器械的清洗效果。结果试验1组和试验2组的器械清洗后监测合格率分别为97.94%和99.34%,明显优于单一使用纯化水的对照1组和对照2组,且试验2组器械先预浸泡处理后再上机清洗的效果更可靠。结论在冲洗、洗涤和漂洗环节使用软化水,终末漂洗及消毒环节使用纯化水,是确保器械终末清洗质量更可靠的用水解决方案。OBJECTIVE Two kinds of water were supplied to cleaning sterilizer and the equipment cleaning opera- tion experiment was conducted in search of reliable solutions to equipment cleaning water. METHODS A total of 216 packages (11448 devices) were extracted from Oct 2011 to May 2012, whieh were evenly divided into 4 groups including experiment group 1 and experiment group 2, control group 1 and control group 2. The experiment group 1 and experiment group 2 adopted the method of soften water and pure water combined supply method; control group 1 and control group 2 adopted the method of single purified water supply method, and then conducted the cleaning test with the same parameters in three different brands of cleaning disinfectors. The routine monitoring and ATP index monitoring were used for analysis of cleaning effects of each equipment group. RESULTS Experi- ment group 1 and experiment group 2 had the monitoring acceptability of 97.94% and 99.34% respectively, after cleaning, which was superior to control group 1 and control group 2 which used the purified water. The experi- ment group 2 was first treated with pre-soaking and then used the machine for cleaning, which proved that such cleaning effect was more reliable. CONCLUSION It is the more reliable water solution to use soften water in wash- ing, cleaning and rinsing as well as purified water in final rinse and disinfection, so as to ensure that the equipment ending cleaning quality.
