河北省城镇化与经济发展的关联机制研究

摘　　要：分析了河北省城镇化与经济发展的关系:根据河北省1990-2012年时间序列样本构建向量自回归模型,用以度量城镇化与经济发展之间的动态关系;在此基础之上,使用脉冲相应函数和方差分解技术对河北省城镇化与经济发展之间的关联机制进行系统分析。研究结果表明:对于河北省的经济发展来讲,城镇化对其有积极的推动作用,而经济发展对城镇化水平提升所起的作用还十分有限。最后,依据以上研究结果,提出了河北省新型城镇化建设的对策建议。The paper analyzes the relation between urbanization and economic development in Hebei province. Based on the data of urbanization rate and per capita GDP from 1990 to 2012 in Hebei province, it builds vector auto-regression model （VAR） reflecting the relation between urbanization and economic development. Then, it analyzes relation mechanism between them with impulse response functions and variance decomposition. The results show that the levels of urbanization have positive effects on economic development, but inverse effects are not obvious at present stage. At last, based on the above findings, it puts forward the countermeasures of construction of new urbanization in Hebei prov- ince.
