摘　　要：氯化聚乙烯(CPE)专用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)QL505P具有适宜的密度、熔体流动速率和均匀的颗粒粒径分布,适合生产CPE。QL505P氯化过程工艺平稳,反应压力、时间及氯化过程能耗、物耗与1#同类HDPE样品相当,且QL505P生产的CPE产品各项性能也与1#样品生产的氯化产品相当。High density polyethylene（HDPE） QL505P has the features of proper den- sity, melt flow rate and uniform particle size distribution. These advantages make the special resin satisfactorily meet the requirements for producing chlorinated polyethylene （CPE）. The reaction conditions adopted in chlorination process of QI.505P are pretty smooth and steady, especially the reaction pressure, time, energy consumption and mate rial consumption are comparable to those of HDPE 1#. Moreover. the rest properties of the former are equivalent to those of the latter.
