摘　　要：从一般机构运动方程出发,应用运动方程的泰勒展开分析方法及运动可靠度分析理论,以齿轮节圆半径偏差的分析为基础,系统分析了齿轮传动输出转速及传动比的随机偏差的概率分布特点及分布参数计算方法,建立了齿轮传动机构运动可靠度的分析计算模型。结合一组实际齿轮传动参数进行了运动可靠度的实例计算,计算结果表明齿轮传动转速和传动比的可靠度非常高,也表明了建立的齿轮传动机构运动可靠度分析方法的实用性。Using Taylor expansion of mechanism kinematic equation and kinematic reliability analysis theory, the characteristics and distribution parameters of the random deviation of output speed and transmission ratio was systematically researched based on the analysis of pitch radius deviation. The calculation method of motion reliability of gear transmission mechanism was established. The motion reliability of a gear transmission example was calculated, and the resuhs show that the reliability of output speed and transmission ratio is very high. It proved that the motion reliability of gear transmission mechanism is trustworthy and the analysis method of the this paper is practical.
