摘 要:以在我国南海深水服役的无隔水管钻井液回收钻井系统为对象,为了解决密封胶芯寿命低的难题,进行吸入模块密封胶芯有限元分析,研究胶芯在海底工作时单面受压和双面受压对胶芯与钻具间的接触压力、胶芯von Mises应力峰值的影响,分析不同液压力下胶芯与钻具间的接触压力、胶芯von Mises应力峰值的分布规律,以期为胶芯延寿提供技术参考。胶芯材料模型采用近似不可压缩弹性材料的两参数Mooney-Rivlin模型函数,采用罚函数法进行求解。研究表明,海水液压力对胶芯与钻具间的接触压力、胶芯von Mises应力峰值有着显著的改善作用,应在吸入模块两胶芯间设计压力调节装置。With the riserless mud recovery drilling system of South China' s Sea as the object, in order to solve the difficulty of short lifetime for seal rubber, finite element analysis of the suction module seal rubber was conducted, studying the effect of single and double-side hydraulic pressure on contact pressure between rubber and boring tool, as well as rubber peak yon Mises stress, and analyzing the distribution rules of contact pressure and peak von Mises stress, so as to provide the technological reference for the life extension of seal rubber. Adopted the two-parameter Mooney-Rivlin model function of approximately incompressible resilient materials for the rubber material model, and the penalty function method was selected. The results show the hydraulic pressure has obvious effects on contact pressure and the peak von Misese stress between seal rubber and pipe, and a pressure adjustment assembly should be designed between double seal rubbers. This result has important value in engineering.
