摘  要:针对碟片离心机转鼓装配体工作应力的尚无成熟计算方法,将碟片架、碟片组、顶碟构成的内装件简化为具有质量离心力等效件,对转鼓进行了受力分析,构建有限元模型,确定约束边界条件,定义接触对的接触行为关系,将内装件质量离心力按不同方案模拟加载在转鼓盖及转鼓体,得到相应的结构应力分析结果,分析了螺纹接触区域应力,讨论了理想刚度系数;分析结果表明:综合考虑胶乳流体压力、内装件质量离心力及装配接触行为时,有限元分析方法及结果更接近转鼓的实际工作状态,转鼓应力分布不均匀,分析得到了结构薄弱区域,转鼓体沉渣区、侧壁以及螺纹副等位置局部应力水平偏高,转鼓体最大应力、变形位置与实际裂纹、变形产生部位相吻合,内装件质量离心力作用于转鼓盖相较于转鼓体时引起的应力、变形将更大一些,建模方法、分析结果对碟片离心机转鼓设计、强度评价、结构优化等具有指导意义与借鉴价值。In view of lacking well-developed stress calculation method for the rotating bowl-assembly of disc-centrifuge, the inner-part which consists of distributer, disc-stack and top-disc was properly simplified to the equivalent component with centrifugal force. The force analyses of the bowl parts were finished. The analysis model was set up. The boundary restriction conditions were determined. The contact behaviors on the contact pairs were defined. Inner-part' s centrifugal force was applied to bowl-hood and bowl-body by the different loading scheme. The overall stress and deformation analysis on bowl parts were finished. The stress on contact regions of screw thread was achieved. Optimum stiffness coefficients were discussed. Analysis results show that: In consideration of centrifugal force of the inner-part and the latex milk and contact behavior, the analysis result of FEA could be more close to the actual working condition of bowl. Stress distributes unevenly for the overall structure. Cylinder's sediment area, the side wall of the bowl-body and thread position have higher local stress level. The position of maximum stress and maximum deformation of FEA agree with actual crack extending point and deformation failure position in the bowl-body. When the centrifugal load of inner-parts is applied to bowl hood instead of bowl body, the stress and the deformation could be larger. The FEA modeling method and the results can provide more important guidance and reference for structural design, strength assessment and optimization on disc-centrifuge bowl.
