摘　　要：本文在Baldwin和Robert-Nicoud(2007)提出的"影子移民"概念基础上,通过新古典的移民模型来重新阐释国际外包的含义。模型分析表明,由于承接外包的"影子移民"的边际产品大于其工资,国际外包形成"外包租",这种租为发包国获得。在理论模型的基础上,本文进一步阐述"影子移民"对于发达国家解决人口短缺问题和发展中国家实现二元经济结构转变的意义。Under the concept of shadow immigrant which is presented by Baldwin and Robert-Nicoud(2007),this paper constructs a immigrant model to explain the implication of outsourcing.The model shows that there exists ' outsourcing rent' because the marginal product of labor is bigger than its wage.And the developed countries get the rent.Then this paper discusses the effect of outsourcing on developed countries and developing countries.
