摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为接枝单体,用紫外光接枝的方法将GMA接枝到苎麻织物上,再经过乙二胺胺化和磷酸化后制得阻燃改性的苎麻织物。考察了光照时间、引发剂二苯甲酮(BP)浓度、GMA体积分数等因素对接枝率的影响。结果表明,GMA接枝率随着光照时间、引发剂浓度和单体浓度的增加而增大;接枝反应20 min,BP浓度为0.3 mol/L,GMA体积分数为30%时,GMA接枝率达到35.61%;磷酸化后的苎麻织物在燃烧过程中因磷的催化成炭作用,阻燃性能显著提高;GMA接枝率为50.65%的苎麻织物胺化、磷酸化后LOI可达38.6%。Flame retardant modified ramie fabrics were prepared by grafting glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) via uhraviolet, followed by amination using ethylene diamine and phosphorylation. The influence of illumination time, concentration of the intiator benzophenone ( BP), and concentration of GMA on the grafting yield was investigated. The grafting yield of GMA increased with the increase of illumination time and the concentrations of GMA and BP. The grafting yield reached 35.61% when the concentrations of BP and GMA were 0.3 mol/L and 30% (V/V) , respectively, grafting for 20 min. Phosphorus modified ramie fabrics promoted the formation of charcoal in combustion process of ramie fabrics and thereby improved the flame retardance of the ramie fabrics significantly. The LOI of the ramie fabrics with grafting yield of GMA 50.65% after amination and phosphorylation reached 38.6%.
