摘 要:为解决着色剂对废旧聚酯纺织品回收利用的影响,利用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)对原液着色涤纶纺织品进行脱色。结果表明,DMSO在较高温度时可以溶解涤纶,但在温度不超过140℃时对涤纶几乎不溶解且具有脱色效果。控制脱色处理温度在140℃,且织物/DMSO物质的量比为1∶15的条件下处理10 min,原液着色聚酯纤维织物的脱色率可达47.38%。脱色后的DMSO溶液可经过蒸馏回收,回收纯度为99.0%,可继续作为脱色剂使用。回收后的DMSO再次处理织物时,脱色率仍可达到45%以上。To eleminate the effect of colorants on the recycling use of waste polyester textiles, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was used to decolorate dope-dyed polyester textiles. Polyester is soluble in DMSO at high temperature, but insoluble and can be decolorated by DMSO when the temperature is lower than 140 ℃. When the treatment was carried out with textile/DMSO mixture at a mass ratio of 1 : 15 with the temperature at 140℃ for 10 min, and the decolorization rate of dope-dyed polyester textiles was up to 47.38%. The purity of the used DMSO could reach 99.0% after distillation, and it can be used as decolorant repeatedly. The decolorization rate of the polyester by using the recovered DMSO can still reach more than 45%.
