摘 要:研究了一种新型阳离子可染中空聚酯短纤维,讨论了氢氧化钠、过氧化氢、氢氧化钠与过氧化氢协同作用对聚酯纤维针织物保暖性、透湿性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,氢氧化钠和过氧化氢单独处理均会对聚酯针织物的保暖性、透湿性和顶破强力产生显著影响。正交试验结果表明氢氧化钠和过氧化氢对聚酯针织物保暖性和顶破强力的损伤具有协同作用,且过氧化氢质量浓度对保暖性的影响比氢氧化钠质量浓度更显著。A new type of cationic dyeable hollow polyester staple fiber was studied. The effects of sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide and synergetic effect between sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide on the warmth retention, water-vapor permeability and mechanical properties of pure polyester knitted fabric were investigated. The warmth retention, water-vapor permeation and bursting strength of polyester fabric were remarkably affected by sodium hydroxide treatment or hydrogen peroxide treatment, respectively. Presupposing that the hollow structure of polyester fiber was not destructed, orthogonal experiment indicated that sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide had a synergetic effect on the damage to warmth retention and bursting strength of the polyester knitted fabric, and the effect of hydrogen peroxide concentration on the warmth retention was more noticeable than that of sodium hydroxide concentration.
