摘 要:将泡沫技术应用到涤棉织物的拒水拒油整理加工过程中,使织物具有单面拒水拒油的效果,同时不影响织物的吸湿透气性能。探讨了泡沫拒水拒油整理加工过程的影响参数,通过正交试验确定了泡沫拒水拒油整理的较佳工艺参数为:十二烷基硫酸钠3 g/L,稳定剂2 g/L,拒水拒油整理剂Repellent SMS 60 g/L,车速7 m/min,发泡比11.4,焙烘温度140℃,焙烘时间5 min。分析对比了泡沫技术与传统浸轧法的拒水拒油整理效果,发现经2种加工工艺整理后织物的拒水拒油性能相当,但是经泡沫技术整理后织物的力学性能比常规工艺加工效果优良。Foam technology is applied to the water and oil repellent treatment of polyester/cotton, and one side of the finished fabric gets water and oil repellency without affecting its wettability and breathability. The paper studied the influencing factors in the process of foam technology, and achieved the optimal parameters through orthogonal test as follows : sodium dodecyl sulfate 3 g/L, stabilizer 2 g/L, repellant SMS 60 g/L, speed 7 m/min, foaming ratio 11.4, and curing conditions 140 ℃ × 5 min. Meanwhile, by comparing the conventional pad-cure-bake method with the new foam technology, it is found that the two methods achieve equal effect, but the mechanical property of the finished fabric using foam technology is better than that of finished fabric by the conventional method.
