摘　　要：介绍了国际市场上海藻酸盐医用敷料的主要品种、产品性能及其应用领域。结合世界各地临床应用海藻酸盐医用敷料的最新研究成果,介绍了该产品特殊的"凝胶阻断"性能,以及促进伤口愈合,止血,降低疼痛,抗菌,降低治伤成本等性能。研究结果显示,海藻酸盐医用敷料具有很高的吸湿性和成胶性,在下肢溃疡、烧伤、褥疮、手术伤口等具有高渗出液的伤口护理中有很高的应用价值。This paper introduced the main types of alginate wound dressings on the international market, as well as their main properties and applications. Taking into consideration the latest results of clinical researches conducted around the world, the paper described the unique properties of alginate wound dressings including their gel blocking properties and their capacity to promote wound healing, facilitate haemostasis, reduce pain, suppress bacteria growth and lower treatment cost. Our findings showed that because of their high absorbent and gel forming capacity, alginate wound dressings have very high applied value in the treatment of leg ulcers, burn wounds, pressure sores, surgical wounds and many other types of wounds with high level of exudates.
