摘 要:转子位置检测是影响无刷直流电机可靠性的关键因素之一。根据无刷电机转子位置传感器的冗余配置准则,提出一种基于霍尔元件和旋转变压器的非相似余度检测方案。详细分析了这两类传感器的输出与无刷电机的最佳换相逻辑关系,通过对传感器工作特点的讨论分别给出各传感器的故障判别准则,并基于传感器输出信息设计了"角度互检控+电平比对"的两级容错管理策略,最后通过可靠性建模与预测得到系统的可靠度达0.996 9,比由两组霍尔元件构成的相似余度可靠度高31.47%。实验结果证明了余度方案及其容错策略的有效性。Detection of rotor position is one of the key factors that affect the reliability of BLDC motors.According to the guide lines for redundant configuration of rotor position sensor of the brushless motor,this paper presents a dissimilar redundancy scheme using Hall elements and resolver.It analyzes the logical relationship between the output of these two types of sensors and the optimal phase change,and presents fault judgment criteria for different sensors after a discussion on their operational characteristics.Furthermore, a 2-stage error tolerance management strategy (mutual angle detection +level comparison)is designed on the basis of the output information of the sensor.Finally,system reliability of 0.996 9 is achieved through reliability modeling and prediction,higher than that of the similar redundancy of two groups of Hall elements by 3 1 .47%.The experimental results prove the effectiveness of this redundancy scheme and error tolerance strategy.
