摘 要:应用冷金属过渡焊(CMT)和MAG焊,对不锈钢城轨客车中0.8 mm和1.5 mm厚SUS301L奥氏体不锈钢薄板进行焊接试验,并对2种焊接方法进行了对比。采用CMT可以很好地完成0.8 mm薄板的焊接,采用MAG焊则很容易焊穿。还对比了厚1.5 mm焊接试件,CMT焊缝成形良好,且无焊接飞溅,MAG焊成形良好,但有较多飞溅;在相同压卡条件下,焊后试件最大变形量CMT焊的为1 cm,MAG焊的为1.5 cm,CMT焊的飞溅和变形均小于MAG焊的。CMT焊将在不锈钢车体焊接中得到广泛的应用。In the paper,using CMT(Cold Metal Transfer) and MAG to weld stainless steel sheet,which thickness was 0.8 mm and 1.5 mm and used in stainless steel car body of railcar,and was compared each other.The CMT could weld the 0.8 mm sheet commendably,the MAG could not weld well.It was compared with 1.5 mm sheet,the welding seam of CMT was nice and freedom from splatter,the welding seam of MAG was nice but much of splatter were created.It was held down in the same condition and then welding,the max distortion of CMT was 1.0 cm and it was 1.5 cm with MAG,the splash and distortion of CMT were better than them with MAG.Good application prospect of CMT would be gained in the welding of stailess steel car body.
