摘  要:目的探讨数字化X线摄影双能量减影技术在诊断小儿腺样体肥大中的应用价值。方法对43例儿童患者进行鼻咽部数字化X线摄影双能量减影检查。最终以CT扫描或手术病理为参考标准。结果在43例患者中,对于腺样体肥大的显示效果数字化X线摄影常规图像组清晰显示32例,双能量减影组清晰显示40例(χ2=5.46,p<0.05)有统计学意义,对于鼻咽腔的显示效果数字化X线摄常规图像组清晰显示35例,双能量减影组清晰显示42例(χ2=4.4,p<0.05)有统计学意义,数字化X线摄双能量减影软组织图像能清晰显示肥大的腺样体与狭窄的鼻咽部气道,数字化X线摄影双能量减影对病灶显示明显优于常规数字化X线摄图像。结论数字化X线摄影双能量减影技术能有效去除周围骨组织影像对气道重叠,使气道显示更为清晰,对气道狭窄情况的诊断更为准确,便于进行鼻咽部气道测量,对临床诊断以及治疗方案的制定提供了可靠的依据。Objective To study the application value of Digital x-rays of (DR) dual energy subtraction (dual. energysubtraction) in the diagnosis of adenoid hypertrophy in children. Methods 43 cases of child patients with DR dual-energy subtraction inspection, and results were compared with CT scan or operation finally pathology as the reference standard. Results In 43 patients for the display of Adenoid hypertrophy of conventional DR images clearly showed the effect of group 3e cases, group DES showed clearly in 40 cases (X2= 5. 46, p〈0. 05) with statistical significance. To display the nasopharyngeal cavity effect of conventional DR images clearly displayed in 35 cases, DES group showed clearly in 42 cases (X2= 4.47, p〈0. 05 ) with statistical significance DR dual energy subtraction (DES) soft tissue images clearly showed the adenoid hypertrophy and narrow nasopharynx airway, DR dual energy subtraction of lesions showed significantly better than the conventional DR images. Conclusion DR dual-energy subtraction technique can effectively remove the bone around the airway images overlap, so that the airway is more clearly displayed and the diagnosis of airway stenosis is more accurate, easy to measure the nasopharyngeal airway, the clinical diagnosis and the development of treatment programs provide a reliable basis.
