摘 要:目前我国普遍采用建立于中轻交通基础上的马歇尔击实标准控制沥青混合料压实质量,但随着近年来重交通的发展,马歇尔击实标准已与实际交通状况不相适应,并且影响了路面的耐久性。鉴于此,分析了路面车辙、混合料性能与压实之间的关系以及当前施工机械所能达到的压实水平,提出了重交通沥青混合料压实标准并进行了评价。结果表明:当压实标准采用压实度不低于97%、标准密度为马歇尔密度的1.02倍时,不仅可有效地解决路面早期压密型车辙问题,而且可将混合料力学性能提高26%、动稳定度提高50%,车辙变形量降低18%。Nowadays, asphalt mixture compaction quality is commonly controlled by the Marshall Com- paction criterion based on medium traffic in China. However, with the development of heavy traffic in re- cent years, Marshall Compaction criterion, which is not suitable for the actual traffic conditions, has also affects the durability of pavement. Therefore, this paper presents a heavy traffic asphalt compaction criteri- on through analyzing the compacting capability for current compactors and the influence of asphalt mix- ture compaction on pavement rutting and mixture performance. When the compaction degree is not less than 97% and the standard density is 1.02 times as the Marshall density, it not only can effectively solve the early pavement compaction-type rutting, hut also can improve the mechanical properties of mixture by 26%, dynamic stability by 50%, reduce the rutting deformation by 18%.
