摘　　要：以昌九高速公路路面改造工程为例,介绍了路面拓宽施工技术以及该项目的施工管理措施,包括合理配备项目管理人员,加强新老结构物间的顺接,完善设计图纸的使用管理,建立科学的管理体制,实行文明、环保施工等。Taking pavement widening project of Nanchang-Jiujiang Expressway as an example, the paper introduces the pavement widening construction technology and the project construction management mea- sures including reasonable allocation of project management personnel, strengthening the joint between the new and old structures, improving the management of using the design drawing, establishing scientific management system, implementation of civilized and environmental construction, etc.
