摘　　要：过瘤胃氨基酸是增强动物机体免疫力、增加奶牛产奶量、提高肉牛体增重的重要营养性饲料添加剂,本文主要综述了过瘤胃氨基酸在反刍动物生产中的应用以及影响其饲用价值的因素。Rumen-protected amino acid is an important feed additive which can strengthen immunity, increase milk yield of dairy cows, improve gaining weight of cattles. The application of rumen-protected amino acid on ruminant and factors of affecting feeding value of rumen-protected amino acid were reviewed in this article.
