摘 要:为探讨抗缪勒管激素(AMH)在预测牛超数排卵中的诊断价值,本试验用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定了13头和牛的血清AMH浓度,并与三次重复超排效果进行相关性分析。结果显示,AMH浓度和超排头均回收胚数、可用胚数呈正相关(r=0.53、0.54,P=0.07);三次重复超排头均回收胚胎数5.1枚,头均可用胚胎2.9枚组,AMH浓度在500-800pg/mL;三次重复超排头均回收胚数11.5枚,可用胚胎6.1枚组,AMH浓度在800-1000pg/mL;三次重复超排头均回收胚数12.2枚,可用胚胎8.3枚组,AMH浓度在1000-1100pg/mL。可以得出,牛血清AMH浓度有预测牛超数排卵效果和卵巢储备功能的价值。The objective of this study was to investigate the anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) diagnostic value in predicting superovulation in cattle. The levels of AMH concentration for 13 head of wagyu serum samples were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and correlation analysis with three times repeated superovulation of 13 head of wagyu was estimated. The results showed that AMH concentration was positively correlated with the mean of recovered embryos and the mean of available embryos obtained by three times repeated superovulation (r-0.53,0.54, P =0.07). The group for the mean of recovered embryos was 5.1, the mean of available embryos was 2.9, AMH concentration was 500-800pg/mL The group of mean of recovered embryos was 11.5, the mean of available embryos was 6.1, AMH concentration was 800-1000pg/mL The group for the mean of recovered embryos was 12.2, the mean of available embryos was 8.3, AMH concentration was 1000-1100pg/mU. It could be drawn the conclusion that the detection of serum levels of AMH was sensitive in predicting superovulation effect and the ovarian reserve function.
