摘　　要：介绍了红菱矿选煤厂煤泥水工艺流程及原煤泥水工艺存在的问题,从药剂的选择和药剂制度的制定及工艺设备的改造等方面阐述了其煤泥水系统的改造,指出针对浮选尾矿采用有机絮凝剂和无机絮凝剂配合使用的方法,可有效解决生产过程中煤泥水泥化的现象。This paper introduced the process flow of slime water and existing problem in raw coal slime water process of coal preparation plant in Hongling coal mine, fromaspects such as choice of medicament, regime of agent and transformation of process equipment, this paper demonstrated the transformation of slime water system, it was also indicated that regarding to flotation of tailings, using organic and inorganic flocculant together could solve the slime water argillization problem in production process.
