摘　　要：目的：测定双黄连分散片中绿原酸（C16H1809）的含量.方法：采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱采用HypersilODS色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,甲醇-水-冰醋酸（15∶85∶1）为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为324nm.结果：绿原酸对照品在6.03～108.54μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.57％（n=6）,RSD为0.98％.结论：定量方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于双黄连分散片中绿原酸的含量测定.OBJECTIVE：To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Shuanghuanglian dispersible tablets. METHODS：A HPLC method was developed by which the chromatographic column Hypersil ODS （4. 6 mm x 250 mm, 5μm） was used with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water-acetic acid（ 15： 85：1 ）at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and detection wavelength of 324 nm. RESULTS ： The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 6.03-108.54 p,g/ml （ r= 0. 999 9 ） with average recovery rate of 99.57 % （ n = 6） and RSD of 0. 98 %. CONCLUSION ： The quantitative method is simple,reliable and accurate, and it is applicable for content determination of chlorogenic acid in Shuanghuanglian dispersible tablets.
