自制祛痛灵中药凝胶的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察应用自制祛痛灵中药凝胶治疗急、慢性腰痛患者的临床疗效。方法:用煎煮法提取中药有效成分,浓缩制成祛痛灵中药凝胶,建立其质量控制标准,观察对急、慢性腰痛患者应用的临床疗效。结果:采用自制祛痛灵中药凝胶治疗后患者血沉(ESR)及C反应蛋白(CRP)值明显下降,中位疼痛消除时间较对照组明显缩短,腰功能评分明显改善,有效率达92.35%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:该自制中药凝胶处方合理、工艺简便、质量稳定、疗效确切、不良反应少,是临床治疗急、慢性腰痛的理想药物之一。OBJECTIVE：To obselve the clinical efficacy of the self-made Qutongling traditional Chinese medicine gel for acute or chronic lumbago. METHODS：The active components in the traditional Chinese drugs were extracted by decoction method before being condensed into Qutongling gel with its quality control standards established and its clinical efficacy for acute or chronic lumbago followed. RESULTS：Treatment with self-made Qutongling traditionalChinese medicine gel resulted in significant reduction in both erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）and C reactive protein（CRP）, significant shorter median time to pain extinction, significant improvement in lumbar function scores, and significant better effective rate （ 92.35% ） than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION ： The self-made Qutongling traditional Chinese medicine gel is rational in formula, simple in technology, stabile in quality with exact curative efficacy and mild adverse drug reactions, which thus is an ideal therapy for acute or chronic lumbago.
