了哥王片治疗急性扁桃体炎、急性咽炎、急性气管-支气管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察了哥王片治疗急性扁桃体炎、急性咽炎、急性气管-支气管炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取429例急性扁桃体炎、急性咽炎或急性气管-支气管炎的患者,将3种病种的患者以随机抽样法分为验证组(317例)和对照组(112例)。验证组用了哥王片治疗,对照组用穿心莲片治疗。结果:临床总体疗效方面,验证组显效率为62.15%(197/317),总有效率为89.27%(283/317),对照组显效率为58.93%(66/112),总有效率为86.61%(97/112);2组比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:了哥王片临床疗效确切,对急性扁桃体炎、急性咽炎、急性气管-支气管炎治疗效果好,与穿心莲片作用相仿,未发现该药有明显的毒副作用及不良反应。OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Wikstroemia Indica tablets in the treatment of acute tonsillitis ,acute pharyngitis and acute tracheobronehitis. METHODS：429 patients with acute tonsillitis, acute pharyngitis or acute traeheobronchitis were randomized into either experimental group （ n= 317 ） treated with Wikstroemia Indica tablets or control group （ n = 112 ） treated with Andrographis Tablets. RESULTS ： No statistically significant differences were observed between the experimental group and the control group regarding the clinical overall curative efficacy ,with excellently effective rate of 62. 15% （197/317 ）vs. 58.93% （66/112）and total effective rate of 89.27% （283/317）vs. 86.61% （97/112） （P 〉0. 05）. CONCLUSION：Wikstroemia Indiea tablets were proved to be safe and effective in the treatment of acute tonsillitis, acute pharyngitis and acute tracheobronehitis with efficacy similar to Andrographis Tablets yet with mild toxicity or adverse drug reaction.
