摘　　要：目的：了解潍坊市妇幼保健院药品不良反应（ADR）发生情况,特别是儿童和妊娠期、围产期妇女ADR发生的特点及相关因素,避免ADR的重复发生,促进临床合理用药.方法：以2011-2012年我院上报国家ADR监测中心的166例ADR为研究对象,从患者年龄、性别、药品种类、给药途径、ADR累及器官和（或）系统、临床表现等方面进行分类统计、分析.结果：166例ADR患者中,女性107例,男性59例;0～12岁患者ADR发生率最高,共82例,其中1～3岁的儿童为40例;抗菌药物引起ADR最多,共118例,占71.1％;静脉滴注是引发ADR的主要给药途径,共150例,占90.36％;ADR主要累及皮肤及其附件,共105例,占63.25％;166例ADR中,新的ADR为2例,严重的ADR为2例.结论：应加强ADR监测知识的培训和普及,使每位医务工作者都能充分认识到不良反应监测的重要性,特别要加强特殊人群的用药监测,防止不良反应重复发生,提高合理用药水平.OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the adverse drug reactions （ADR） occurred in Weifang Municipal Maternal and Child Health Institute, especially the characteristics and the associated factors of the ADR occurrence in children and pregnant or perinatal women so as to avoid recurrence of ADR and promote rational use of drug. METHODS ： A total of 166 ADR cases reported to National ADR Monitoring Center by our hospital during 2011-2012 were analyzed statistically with regard to patient＇s age, sex, drug types, route of administration, organ and （or） system involved and clinical manifestations etc. RESULTS： Of the 166 ADR cases, 107 were female and 59 male; patients age 0-12 years showing the highest proportion with 82 cases, of whom, 40 were children aged 1 to 3 years; antimicrobial drug-induced ADR took the lead with 118 cases （71.1% ） ; 150 cases （90. 36% ） were induced via intravenous route of administration; skin and its appendages were predominantly involved with 105 cases（63.25% ） ; there were two new ADR cases and two severe ADR cases. CONCLUSION： Training an popularization of ADR monitoring knowledge should be strengthened so that every medical worker can fully realize the importance of ADR monitoring, in particular the monitoring among special populations during medication to prevent recurrence of ADR and improve the level of rational use of drugs.
