大学生创新能力培养下激励模型构建与应用

摘　　要：在掌握自主创新概念的基础上,分析影响大学生自主创新性学习激励的表征因素,分别从目标激励、成就激励、榜样激励、情感激励等方面建立指标,通过RS-ANN方法构建大学生创新性学习实现的激励模型,并将该模型应用于大学生创新激励数据进行实例验证,为综合评价大学生创新性学习的实现程度和有效推进高校自主创新性教育奠定基础。According to the demand of current social development, based on the mastering of self-innovation concept, this paper analyzes the characterization factor affecting self-innovation learning incentive of college students, sets up indicators from the perspective of objective incentive, achievement incentive, model incentive, sentimental incentive and so on, constructs incentive model for the implementation of innovatively learning of college students by rough-set and artificial neural network （RS-ANN） method, makes example test on innovative incentive data of college students and lays the foundation for comprehensive evaluation on the implementation degree of innovatively learning of college students and for more effectively pushing forward self-innovative education of colleges and universities.
