摘　　要：落实科学作为一个新兴的预防及医学领域,旨在解决基于循证的有效干预措施及科研成果难以实施到预防及诊疗领域的问题,促进循证干预措施的有效实施。本文阐述了落实科学的必要性、概念和过程,探讨了护理领域如何将科研成果落实到临床实践中的解决办法。The implementation science is a new preventive and medical field to solve the main bottleneck problem of applying the effective Evidence-Based Intervention and achievement to prevention and treatment ifeld and to promote the effective implementation of Evidence-Based Interventions. This paper expounds the necessity, concept recognition and development process of implementation science. We also summary the development status and resolving methods of implementing medical research results into the nursing practice.
