品管圈活动在提高手术器械包装合格率中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探索通过品管圈活动提高手术器械包装合格率的方法。方法:成立品管圈小组,针对消毒供应中心出现的手术器械包装合格率低的情况,运用品管圈手法进行现状把握、目标设定、要因分析、对策拟定并实施。结果:通过开展品管圈活动,手术器械包装合格率由活动前97.2%提高到99.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:开展品管圈活动对提高手术器械包装质量、加强科室间的协作、提升团队精神、快速适应消毒供应中心管理模式变化起到了积极的推动作用。Objective：To explore the method of improving the rate of qualiifed surgical instruments packaging with the application of Quality Control Circle （QCC） activity. Methods：QCC group was established to grasp the current status, set goals, analyze major factors, form and implement countermeasures with QCC method for the low rate of qualiifed surgical instruments packaging in the disinfection supply center. Result：The rates of qualiifed surgical instruments packaging increased from 97.2%to 99.8%after conducting QCC activities. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：QCC activities played a positive role in improving packaging quality of surgical instruments, strengthening collaboration between departments, promoting team spirit, and timely adapting to changes in the management mode of disinfection supply center.
