摘　　要：目的:探讨"快乐护理"对提高肾病综合征患儿激素服药依从性的效果。方法 :通过营造"快乐护理"氛围、建立护理"快乐链"、开设"快乐课堂"、掌握不同年龄患儿喂药技巧、寻求促进患儿服药的快乐方法等措施,观察实施"快乐护理"后患儿激素服药依从性的变化。结果 :肾病综合征患儿激素服药依从性从实施"快乐护理"前的72.7%提高到实施后的89.3%。结论 :"快乐护理"可提高肾病综合征患儿激素服药依从性。Objective：To study the effect of＆quot;Happy Care＆quot;on hormone medication adherence among children with nephritic syndrome. Methods：Under the guidance of＆quot;Happy Care＆quot;, we set up nursing＆quot;happy chain＆quot;, opened a＆quot;happy class＆quot;, summarized feeding skills for children at different ages, and explored happy methods to improve children＆#39;s medication, and observed the adherence of children＆#39;s hormone medication before and after＆quot;Happy Care＆quot;. Results：Hormone medication adherence rates among children with nephritic syndrome increased from 72.7%to 89.3%. Conclusions：＆quot;Happy Care＆quot;is an effective way to improve hormone medication adherence among children with nephritic syndrome.
